Skynet IT Invoice System is an internal invoicing platform built by customising Invoice Ninja (CMS) to match Skynet’s operational needs and branding. My work focused on configuration, UI/branding customisation, version upgrades, and regression testing to ensure the system stayed stable and up-to-date.

  • Invoice and customer management using Invoice Ninja CMS
  • Customised company branding, naming, and invoice templates
  • Version upgrade support to keep the system aligned with new releases
  • Functional and regression testing after customisation or upgrades
  • Basic troubleshooting and issue resolution during deployment and usage

  • Customised Invoice Ninja to meet Skynet requirements (branding, naming, templates, settings)
  • Performed system updates when new Invoice Ninja versions were released
  • Conducted testing on invoicing workflows to ensure existing functions were not affected
